New hollow metal door frames to be 16 ga. welded frames prepare to receive hardware. Provide silencers in frames. New hollow metal doors to have minimum 18 ga. faces. 9. Wood doors to be 1 -3/4" solid core pre finished Birch veneer doors. Construction: PC -5, or equal. 10. Gypsum board to be hung and finished in accordance with manufacturer's recommendations. 11. Aluminum Entrance Doors (Doors AO7A and AO7B): To be Kawneer medium stile doors *350, or equal. Vestibule and transom framing to be Kawneer Tri -fah II 400 System, or equal. All aluminum to be bronze anodized finish to match existing entrances. All glass to be tempered, single glazing. Provide aluminum jamb extensions to match framing system to meet existing conditions. Provide shop drawings to Architect for review before fabricating and installing entrances. 12. Install new ceiling and grid in Rental noted.
