DIVISION 0 AND 1: GENERAL REQUIREMENTS
1. ALL WORK IS TO BE GOVERNED BY THE GENERAL CONDITIONS OF THE CONTRACT
FOR CONSTRUCTION. (AIA DOCUMENT A201, MUST CURRENT EDITION).
2. THE WORK WILL INCLUDE DEMOLITION, ROUGH FRAMING CEILING INSTALLATION,
F INISH CARPENTRY, MILLWORK, FLOOR AND WALL FINISHES, INTERIOR
DOOR AND HARDWARE, PLUMBING, H.V.A.C, FINISH (DIFFUSERS, GRILLES,
AND CONNECTIONS ONLY), LIGHTING, POWER, COMMUNICATIONS SYSTEMS,
AND ALL SPECIAL PRODUCTS OR SYSTEMS AS INDICATED ON THE DRAWINGS
3. ALL CUTTING OF EXISTING SURFACES IS TO BE PATCHED TO MATCH EXISTING
SURFACES, USING EQUAL MATERIALS AND WORKMANSHIP.
SHOP DRAWINGS ARE TO BE PREPARED FOR AND SUBMITTED FOR REVIEW
TO CSO /ARCHITECTS, INC, FOR THE FOLLOWING ITEMS (IF APPLICABLE):
a. METAL FABRICATIONS
b. ARCHITECTURAL WOODWORK, INCLUDING STANDING AND RUNNING TRIM,
CASEGOODS, AND MISCELLANEOUS MILLWORK.
5. ALL TEMPORARY UTILITIES, INCLUDING WATER, SANITARY FACILTIES, ELEVATORS
TEMPORARY ENCLOSURES, FIRE PROTECTION, HEAT, AND POWER WILL
BE PROVIDED BY, AND USED AS DIRECTED BY, THE OWNER.
6. ALL SUBSTITIONS PROPOSED FOR NAMED PRODUCTS ARE TO BE SUBMITTED TO
CSO ARCH! TECTS, INC. FOR REVIEW AND APPROVAL.
