LEGAL DESCRIPTION
A part of the west half of the Southeast Quarter of Section 26, Township 18 North, Range 3
East, described a follows.
All the part lying East of the Center line of U.S. State Road 31 more particularly described as
follows: Begin at a stone marked X at the Southeast corner of the West Half of the Southeast
corner of Section 26, Township 18 North, Range 3 East: thence North on the East line of said
West Half 816.7 feet to the center of U.S. State Road 31: thence on center of said road 1016.6
feet to the intersection of the South line of said Southeast Quarter: thence East on said South
line 58ci.5 feet to the place of beginning.

GENERAL NOTES:

LOCATIONS OF THE IMPROVEMENTS REFER TO CIVIL ENGINEER'S DRAWINGS FOR DIMENSIONAL
CONTROL, PAVING, PARKING, ETC.
6. STAKE ALL CONSTRUCTION ITEMS PRIOR TO THE START OF CONSTRUCTION AND REPORT
DISCREPANCIES TO THE OWNER IMMEDIATELY.
