Notice is hereby given that the Carmel Plan Commission meeting on January 19, 2011 at 6:00
PM in the City Hall Council Chambers, 1 Civic Square, Carmel, Indiana 46032 will hold a Public
Hearing upon a. Development Plan (DP) Application and an Architectural Design,
Lighting /Landscaping, and Signage (ADLS) Application, in order to: construct a 19,767
square foot commercial building and two future outlots on 3.5 acres along with the
associated parking, drainage and utility infrastructure.
The application is identified as Docket No. 10110014 DP /ADLS PetSuites
The real estate affected by said application is described as follows:
