Docket No. 10120003 OA: Park Place PUD Ordinance Amendment (as amended under City Council Ordinance Z-54841). The applicant seeks approval to amend Section 5.1.e of Ordinance 2 -526- 09 Z- 500 -06 for Park -Place Planned Unit Development in order to the breakdown of unit types. The site is located northeast of 116` St Guilford Rd and is zoned PUD /Planned Unit Development. Filed by E. Davis Coots of Coots Henke Wheeler for Greystone Communities, Inc. This revised ordinance amendment is backbefore the Plan Commission tonight, so that this body can vote to approve or deny the changes made at the Council level. The Plan Commission initially approved the ordinance amendment to read: "There shall be a maximum of 141. independent residential living units, 56 assisted living units, 26 assisted living memory support units and 38 nursing are units. The unit mix may be modified up to 10% so long as the total number of units does not exceed 261 units." This ordinance amendment was slightly revised at the City Council level, changing the term from "unit mix" to the term "individual unit types (This change was also made to the petitioner's commitments made to City Council.) Recommendation: The Dept of Community Services (DOCS) recommends that the Plan Commission votes to approve the changes made by Council.
