6. Docket No. 10120003 OA: Park Place PUD Ordinance Amendment
The applicant seeks approval to amend Section 5.1.e of Ordinance Z- 526 -09 Z- 500 -06 for Park Place
Planned Unit Development in order to amend the breakdown of unit types. The site is located northeast of
116 St Guilford Rd and is zoned PUD /Planned Unit Development. Filed by E. Davis Coots of Coots
Henke Wheeler for Greystone Communities, Inc.
The applicant seeks approval to amend the breakdown of unit types for this CCRC Continuing Care
Retirement Community. A very similar petition was reviewed and approved by the Plan Commission in 2008
under docket no. 08090032. Please view the petitioner's latest information packet for further detail.
Outstanding items:
1. Provide the filled out and notarized Affidavit of Notice of Public Hearing page of the application.
2. Provide the filled out Notice of Public Hearing page of the application.
3. Provide the filled out and notarized Public Notice Sign Placement Affidavit page of the application.
4. Provide a copy of the Official List of Adjacent Property Owners from Hamilton County Auditor's Office.
Recommendation:
After all comments /concerns are addressed, the Dept of Community Services (DOCS) recommends that the Plan
Commission suspends it rules of procedure and forwards this item to the City Council with a favorable
recommendation.
