APPROVED: Docket No. 11030002 V: Development Standards Variance for farm animal on less than three acres. Please be advised that per Section 30.05.05: Time Limit for completion of Variance of the Zoning Ordinance, the aforementioned Development Standard Variance approval is valid for three (3) years. By that time, either the miniature horse has been purchased or a written request for a one -time, six-month extension of the approval must have been received and approval granted by this Department.
