Dear Mr. Yegerlehner:
At the meeting held Monday, March 28, 2011, the Carmel Advisory Board of Zoning Appeals Hearing Officer took
the following action regarding the Developmental Standards Variance (V) filed by you for the property located at
1215 E. 105 Street.
APPROVED: Docket No. 11030002 V: Development Standards Variance for farm animal on less than three acres.
Please be advised that per Section 30.05.05: Time Limit for completion of Variance of the Zoning Ordinance, the
aforementioned Development Standard Variance approval is valid for three (3) years. By that time, either the miniature
horse has been purchased or a written request for a one -time, six-month extension of the approval must have been
received and approval granted by this Department. The expiration date for purchase of the miniature horse is
March 28, 2014.
