CARMEL /CLAY ADVISORY BOARD OF ZONING

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Hearing Officer for the Carmel /Clay Board of Zoning Appeals, will
conduct a meeting on the 28 day of March, 2011, at 5:30 o'clock p.m., in the 2 Floor Council Caucus
Rooms, City Hall, One Civic Square, Carmel, Indiana 46032, to hold a Public Hearing, identified by the
Docket Number referenced above, regarding a request for development standards variances.
The variance request pertains to Ch. 25.,01.01.C.8.a of the Zoning Ordinance and seeks to permit about
a foot of concrete decking for a pool in the required side yard setback.
The subject is the southern setback of the property located at 1891 Winesap Way, Carmel, Indiana
46032, Lot 32 High Grove Subdivision. The property is zoned S -1 /Residence.
All interested persons desiring to present their views on the above proposed variance, either in writing
or verbally, will be given an opportunity to be heard at the above mentioned time and place.
The Public Hearing may be continued from time to time as may be found necessary.
