Carmel Drive. APPROVED: Docket Nos. 11010007 V through 11010008 V: Development Standards Variances for number of signs (2 requested, 1 allowed) and two signs facing north ROW (1 allowed). Please be advised that per Section 30.05.05: Time Limit of the Zoning Ordinance, the aforementioned Development Standard Variance approvals are valid for three (3) years. By that time, either continuous construction of the improvements must be underway, or a written request for a one -time, six month extension of the approval must have been received and approval granted by this Department.
