CARMEL BOARD OF ZONING APPEALS
Docket No.'s: 11030013V and 11030014V
Notice is hereby given that the Hearing Officer of the Carmel Board of Zoning Appeals
meeting on the 25th day of April, 2011 at 5:30pm in the Caucus Rooms, One Civic Square,
Carmel, Indiana 46032 will hold a Public Hearing upon a Development Standards Variance
request to vary the development standards of Chapter 25.07.02 -09(b) of the Sign Ordinance to
allow a second wall sign to be located on the south facade of the Weston Shoppes building and
of Chapter 25.07.02 -09(c) of the Sign Ordinance to allow the second sign to be the maximum
size permitted for one sign, said location being the tenant space of Crown Liquors and said
property being located in Weston Shoppes and known as 4000 W. 106` Street.
The application is identified as Docket No's.: 11030013V Number of Signs and 11030014V
Total Square Footage.
The legal description describing the real estate affected by said application, and other supporting
documents, are on file in the offices of the Hearing Officer at One Civic Square.
All i terested persons desiring to present their views on the above application, either in writing
