Developmental Standards Variance Application for Eaton Lauth
Community Development Company and their proposed residential
subdivision located at the nowthwest corner of East 126
Street and North Keystone Avenue, Carmel. Petitioner is
requesting variances from the following sections of the
Carmel /Clay Zoning Ordinance:
8.4.2 Minimum front yard from 35 ft. to 20 ft.
8.4.3 Minimum side yard from 5 ft. to 0 ft.
8.4.4 Minimum aggregate side yard from 15 ft. to 10
ft.
8.4.6 Minimum lot width from 80 ft. to 48 ft.
8.4.7 Minimum lot size 10,000 sq. ft. to 4,356 sq. ft.
8.4.9 Maximum lot coverage from 35% to 450
23.2 Keystone overlay zone setback from 120 ft. to 20
ft.
Parcel is zoned R -2 /Residence.

The public hearing was opened at 7:36 P.M.
Mr. Davis moved to approve Docket No. V -14 -90 as presented
including the sheet with packet that states the STATEMENT
SUPPORTING VARIANCE (which is part of the official minutes and
attached to the Master Copy).
Mr. Thompson seconded.
Findings of Facts were completed by all board members.
Approve 4 -0.
Mr. Davis moved to adjourn meeting.
