We.determined that the key trees on this site to preserve were o Mature trees along the south fence-line of the property. o A grouping of native trees in the south east corner of the lot. o A group of maples, buckeye and other native trees on the north east corner. Each of these groupings will present challenges to the development team because of their proximity to the foot print of the house. We determined various procedures to limit the stress and damage to the trees. Specific procedures for each of the groupings were determined to be, o South fence line of the property. o We determined to fence these trees and add Tree Preservation Area signage. o We determined to limit backfill over the roots. o The south east grouping of trees. o We determined to fence these trees and add Tree Preservation Area signage. o We determined to limit backfill over the roots. o We determined that this would be a good area to leave natural and let the wild flowers grow up. o We decided to remove the dead portion of the Boxelder in the midst of the clump. o The group of trees in the north east corner. o We determined to fence these trees and add Tree Preservation Area signage. o We determined that this area will be left natural without grass to allow for wild flowers. I certify that all the statements of fact in this report are true, complete and correct to the best of my knowledge and belief, and that they are made in good faith. These trees have been inspected for preservation concerns and not for risk assessment concerns. No claim is made as to their structural integrity.
