Dear Mr. Gravelie:
At the meeting held Monday, April 25, 2011, the Carmel Advisory Board of Zoning Appeals took the following
action regarding the Development Standards Variances (V) filed by you for the property located at 945 E. 101 Street.
DENIED: Docket Nos. 11030003 V and 11030012 V: Development Standards Variances for accessory structure built
without a primary structure and maximum ground floor area.
According to our Board of Zoning Appeals Rules (Article VIII, Section 7), it states: "A development standards variance
application which has been decided adversely to the petitioner shall not be placed again on the BZA's agenda for
consideration until the legality of the BZA's decision is finally determined pursuant to IC 36 -7 -4 -1000 et seq., or for a
period of six (6) months following the date of the adverse decision issued by the BZA, whichever is later."
