Dear Mr. Granner:
At the meeting held Monday, February 28, 2011, the Carmel Advisory Board of Zoning Appeals Hearing Officer took
the following action regarding the Developmental Standards Variances (V) filed by you for the property located at
12800 N. Meridian Street.
APPROVED: Docket Nos. 11020004 V through 11020006 V: Development Standards Variances for number of signs
(4); two signs facing one right -of -way; total square footage (285 square feet).
Please be advised that per Section 30.05.05: Time Limit of the Zoning Ordinance, the aforementioned Development
Standard Variance approvals are valid for three (3) years. By that time, either continuous construction of the
improvements must be underway, or a written request for a one -time, six -month extension of the approval must have been
received and approval granted by this Department. The expiration date of the approvals is February 28, 2014.
