Meridian Street. APPROVED: Docket Nos. 11020004 V through 11020006 V: Development Standards Variances for number of signs (4); two signs facing one right -of -way; total square footage (285 square feet). Please be advised that per Section 30.05.05: Time Limit of the Zoning Ordinance, the aforementioned Development Standard Variance approvals are valid for three (3) years. By that time, either continuous construction of the improvements must be underway, or a written request for a one -time, six -month extension of the approval must have been received and approval granted by this Department.
