3. Docket No. 11020011 ADLS Amend: Huntington Bank (Range Line) Signage
The applicant seeks approval to change out two wall signs, a directory sign, and an ATM surround to be
consistent with national re- branding efforts. The site is located at 998 S. Range Line Rd. and is zoned B -3
within the Carmel Dr. /Range Line Rd. Overlay Zone. Filed by Scott Golden of Apex Electric Sign on
behalf of Huntington Bank.
The applicant seeks approval to install two new wall signs and a new ATM surround. The wall signs will each be
21.61 sq. ft. The name will be white individual internally illuminated letters. The logo will be green. The new signs
will replace the two existing wall signs on the north and east facades. The size meets the Sign Ordinance
requirements. The new ATM surround will be similar to the existing, but will have new the new Huntington logo
and colors. The sign is less than 3 sq. ft., and are therefore allowed.

Recommendation: After all comments /concerns are addressed, the Dept of Community Services (DOCS)
recommends that the Committee votes to approve this item.

4. Docket No. 11020009 ADLS Amend: Penn Mark (I II) Signage
The applicant seeks approval to allow one additional wall sign and to expand the possible sign locations for
Building I facing Pennsylvania St. The site is located at 11595 11555 N. Meridian St. and is zoned B-
6 /Business within the US 31 Overlay Zone. Filed by Steve Granner of Bose McKinney Evans on behalf
of Zeller Realty Group.
The applicant seeks approval to add a fourth wall sign to be placed on the One Penn Mark building. No additional
signs are proposed for the Two Penn Mark building. This fourth sign would utilize unused signage square footage
left over from the other signs installed. No sign shall exceed 105 sq. ft. and all signs shall not exceed 550 sq. ft. The
Sign Package is otherwise remaining the same: ivory letter faces with bronze returns and trimcaps. The applicant is
formally adding the option for LED lights as a lighting source, in addition to neon. The only other addition to the
Sign Package is new sign locations for One Penn Mark facing Pennsylvania St. Previously, only the center location
was specified; now the applicant would like the center and either side of it to be an option for a possible tenant.
