I wanted to fill you in on the voice mails I left this afternoon.
1. John Levinson - Levi Investment Realty, Inc.- 870-9900 (1/16/03 @ 1:15 p.m.) I left a message for Mr.
Levinson explaining who I was and when I am in the office to discuss bringing their real estate sign at Carmel
Drive and Medical Court into compliance. I explained that this sign appears to be within the r-o-w (Carmel Drive -
90' r-o-w / 1/2 r-o-w 45..... section 25.07.03-03 Real Estate Signs - B-8 zoning 5 or more acres 32sq.ft.
allowable/max. height 8 ft./ min. 10' from r-o-w.... this is IF this property is OVER 5 acres, IF under 5 acres
different criteria may be found within this section as well) I also explained that this sign does not have a permit
filed with our office. I did pass on your information to him, incase he contacts us tomorrow.... Monday is a holiday
2. Brenda Richards Parks - Harding Dahm & Co. 317-885-7777 (1/16/03 @ 1:17 p.m.) I left a message for
Ms. Parks explaining who I was and when I am available to discuss brining her sign into compliance. I explained
that we do not show a sign permit issued and that we did receive a complaint pertaining to this sign. I did pass on
your information to her, if she get in contact with us tomorrow.
