Additionally, building inspections are required on all new construction. Please find included in this packet an application for an ILP, and other submittal information, in addition to inspection requirements. Please submit the required ILP, and required documentation, to our office within five (5) business days of the date of this letter, or February 19, 2003. Under Ordinance', a late fee Penalty of $78.00 is assessed for starting construction without a building permit. Ordinance also requires late fees on missed inspections. A late fee of $78.00 will be due at the time of permit issuance, in addition to the cost of the ILP itself. Further, late fees on missed inspections may be assessed, if it is found that construction has proceeded past the required inspections.
