TURN MEMBRANE UP WALL A MINIMUM OF 18" AFF.
11. GC TO ENSURE THAT EXISTING FINISHES, FURNITURE, LIGHTING ETC. ARE NOT DAMAGED DURING
CONSTRUCTION. GC WILL PROTECT SURFACES, ESP. EXISTING MAHOGANY AS REQUIRED DURING
CONSTRUCTION.
12. GC TO PROVIDE SAMPLES OF ALL PAINTED AND STAINED MATERIALS FOR OWNER REVIEW AND
APPROVAL PRIOR TO WORK COMMENCING.
