A man by the name of Chris DiGregory owns both the houses at 1921 and 1917 E 116th, but not at 1913. • 1921 East 116th Street is the house immediately west of Merchants' Pointe and my understanding is that it's a rental with several tenants. If the house were divided into more than one living unit (separate cooking, cleaning, living areas), then the ordinance would indicate it as a two- or multi -family dwelling; which is not allowed in R-1. However, based on discussions with the owner, I do not believe this to be the case. It appears to be a single-family dwelling with a number of occupants. 1917 East 116th Street is where Chris DiGregory lives and has an office. There were no signs and I understand there is just one employee, which is allowed by the Home Occupation guidelines. The owner has been presented with the Home Occupation guidelines in the past. • 1913 East 116th Street has not been investigated by this office. This is not owned by DiGregory.
