Kerr explains that there is no room on the actual construction site for the toilet, the exterior work and landscaping are in place. The lots are very small and very close to the street. Kerr explained that the interior plumbing would be finished up in about: month, 6 weeks at the most. The Kerr's own all the lots in the subdivision and are the sole builder. The toilet has likely been there to service several construction sites and should have been coming and going periodically instead of staying in one place for 2 years. The need to move it behind the house or right in front of it that is under construction. That needs tobe done for a start. If the permit was issued mroe than 2 years ago they need to come in for an extensionand thenprior to granting that inspection we can get them to do what we want concerning the toilet. this is notan unreasonable request from these neighbors. He states that there is construction in progress on a home that is in the middle of a four -unit run of attached buildings. The sod and landscaping are already in place, otherwise he would have it in front of the building. Says he expects interior plumbing to be operable at the site in about a month, and will have it removed completely. The portable toilet is placed on the first vacant lot north of the construction. He felt this was a better location than in the actual street. I have not been out to verify any of this, but wanted to let you know my findings so far. I'll go out and see if I can find an alternative location to suggest to Mr. Kerr.
