A recent inspection revealed an accumulation of trash and rubbish in a ditch along the east side of the property. Please be advised that Section 6-77(c) of the Carmel City Code construes the following conditions to be public health nuisances: (c) Accumulations of decayed animal or vegetable matter, trash, rubbish, rotting lumber, bedding, packing material, junk vehicles, scrap metal or any material in which lies, mosquitoes, disease -carrying insects, rats or other vermin may breed, or may be afire hazard; Please rectify this situation within ten (10) days of the date of this letter. Failure to resolve the violation(s) within the specified time will result in further enforcement action by the City of Carmel. This will be your only warning.
