Last year, as you may recall, I spoke with you about the noise problem created from the garbage pick up service as the dumpster is about a yard from my bedroom window. The problem was that Rumpke Garbage picked up the garbage at 5:30 a.m. where as the law states they cannot come before 6:00 a.m. The problem improved for a while, however, it is a problem again. There is a new company called Ray's Garbage. They are coming before 6:00 a.m. especially on Wednesdays. It is very disruptive to my sleep. I have been in two car accidents, and it's very important to my healing process that I get enough sleep consistently. Could you please help me? Ray's garbage is breaking the law; they need to be reprimanded. Furthermore, this problem has been going on for so long that there must be a more permanent solution. I'm tired of these games. Could the Ye Old Library Restaurant move the dumpsters to another location that would be less disruptive to its neighbors?
