Seriously though, we can only go after the property owner of the location of the trash-- Ms. Pratt. I can check to see what may be causing trash to blow onto her property, for example over -flowing dumpsters, open enclosures, etc. However, if it is just random trash blowing, then who's to say that it is not coming from Appel, Carmel Welding, or any number of properties "up -wind" from the property. It is difficult to pin down the source and force action. I'll check area dumpsters though. -----Original Message ----- From: Hollibaugh, Mike P Sent: Wednesday, April 16, 2003 10:04 AM To: Tingley, Connie S; Keeling, Adrienne M Cc: Kendall, Jeff A Subject: FW; Plantings II hi problem solvers! any ideas on how to solve this one? -----Original Message ----- From: Mprat255@aol.com [mailto:Mprat255@aol.com] Sent: Wednesday, April 16, 2003 9:19 AM To: mhollibaugh@ci.carmel.in.us Subject: Plantings II Mr. Hollibaugh, I just finished sending you an email regarding the "grass" planted on the side of my property In addition, I don't know if your department is the proper one to address this to but that side yard, as well as my front yard is always full of TRASH. This debris comes from Cancun Restaurant and the Tire Store as well as Crystal Flash. Is there anything that can be done to reduce and hopefully eliminate this horrible problem. I have everything from wax paper, wrappers, cans, bottles, old mailings, etc. and I am constantly walking around the yard picking up garbage. I have a grocery sack full of trash every week collected from my property. Please help if you cant Thank you, 4/17/2003 Page 1 of 1 Keeling, Adrienne M From: Tingley, Connie S Sent: Wednesday, April 16, 2003 1:01 PM To: Hollibaugh, Mike P; Keeling, Adrienne M Cc: Kendall, Jeff A; Blanchard, Jim E; Hohit, William G Subject: RE: Plantings II Complaints recorded 2003.0072 Cancun 2003.0073 Tires Plus 2003.0074 Crystal Flash -----Original Message ----- From: Hollibaugh, Mike P Sent: Wednesday, April 16, 2003 10:04 AM To: Tingley, Connie S; Keeling, Adrienne M Cc: Kendall, Jeff A Subject: FW: Plantings II hi problem solvers! any ideas on how to solve this one? -----Original Message ----- From: Mprat255@aol.com [mailto:Mprat255@aol.com] Sent: Wednesday, April 16, 2003 9:19 AM To: mhollibaugh@ci.carmel.in.us Subject: Plantings II Mr. Hollibaugh, I just finished sending you an email regarding the "grass" planted on the side of my property.
