Dear Ms. Englert:
At the meeting held Monday, May 23, 2011, the Carmel Advisory Board of Zoning Appeals Hearing Officer took
the following action regarding the Developmental Standards Variance (V) filed by you for the property located at
239 Legacy Lane.
APPROVED: Docket Nos. 11050003 V through 11050005 V: Development Standards Variances for front yard setback,
side yard setback/aggregate, and lot coverage percentage.
Please be advised that per Section 30.05.05: Time Limit of the Zoning Ordinance, the aforementioned Development
Standard Variance approvals are valid for three (3) years. By that time, either continuous construction of the
improvements must be underway, or a written request for a one -time, six -month extension of the approval must have been
received and approval granted by this Department. The expiration date of the approvals is May 23, 2014.
Please include a copy of this letter with any permit application.
