It is the following: ADLS Amend Application Fee: $301.00 per center fee (60.10 x 1): $60.10 Total Fee: $361.10 Docket No. 11040010 ADLS Amend: Hamilton Crossing Retail Center Signage The applicant seeks approval for a new sign package for the existing center. The site is located at the southeast corner. of 126 St. and US Hwy. 31 and is zoned B -2 within the US 31 Overlay Zone. Filed by Paul Reis of Krieg DeVault on behalf of KRG Hamilton Crossing, LLC. Petitioner, please note the following: 1. This Item will not be on an agenda of the Technical Advisory Committee. 2. Mailed and Published Public Notice does not need to occur. 3. Proof of Notice is not needed. 4. The Filing Fee and Eight (8) Information packets must be delivered to Plan Commission Secretary, Ramona Hancock, no later than 12:00 PM, Friday, April 22, 2011. If filing fee and materials are not delivered by this time, this application will be continued to the June 7, 2011 meeting. 5. This Item will appear on the Wednesday, May 4, 2011 agenda of the Plan Commission Subdivision Committee at 6:00 pm in the Caucus Room, Second Floor, City Hall. Please have a representative attend to present your request. 6. Petitioner, please note the following comments: a) In the Tenant Sign Requirements, letter a., it is specified that "the elevations will be either CAD format or photo renderings Can this be altered to say "or computer based equivalent I do not -know what programs sign companies use, but I do not want them worry if CAD is not what they use. b) Page 2 tenant sign sizes: Anchor tenant can "side" facade be removed? Or is the purpose here to allow extra signs, so that the anchor tenant could have four wall signs total? If so, we are not in favor of this. Please limit to only west and east facades for signage. c) Page 2 tenant sign sizes: tenants with frontage less than 50 linear feet I appreciate the reduction in size allowed from the existing sign package. However, what measurement was used to get 55 sq. ft.? If it could go by. the Sign Ordinance and be reduced to 50 sq. ft. (for 295' away from US 31 ROW and less than 100' in building frontage), this would be appreciated. It is best to keep consistent with the Sign Ordinance wherever possible to eliminate possible confusion. d) Letter f: "Wall signs will consist of individually lit channel letters with dark bronze end caps and trim. Letters will have aluminum backs and returns." Do you mean that the returns should also be bronze? It is often required that the returns be the same color as the trim caps. Please add the bronze coloring to the returns as well, to keep consistency in the look of the signs. e) Letter h: "Raceways are prohibited." Please change to "Raceway mounted signs are prohibited" for clarity. f) Letter I: Please add a statement about "any directional signage should be part of an approved sign package for that tenant." I realize this is just referring to what is already there, but it would be best to include it for the future, if any changes happen. g) Letter o: Can you include to provide documentation of the official registered trademark?
