Carmel 11 Section Ms. Conn, Attached you will find the secondary plat submittal fee, commitment documents and revised Secondary Plat for Village of Mt. Carmel 11 ti Section. Electronic copies of this information will be forwarded to you as well. The Secondary Plat drawing has not yet been signed by the parcel owners; however, I have a meeting scheduled with them for Monday, October 11 to provide signatures. I am forwarding the attached copy so that you may review and indicate if any additional revisions should be made prior to certification of the final drawing. Our goal is to request placement on the Board of Public Works Agenda by Wednesday, October 13 so that we can receive final plat approval and drainage approval variance on October 20. The only feedback I have received at this point from TAC agency members came from Carmel Engineering. We have worked out their approval contingent upon a variance with the Board of Public Works. It should also be noted that we received a variance from the County Commissioners on August 23 to provide the right -of -way as shown on the attached plat along 146` Street. To the extent of my knowledge, all TAC agencies are satisfied with plat. If you have any questions or comments regarding the enclosed information, do not hesitate to contact me.
