Angie,
As I mentioned to you on the phone a little bit ago, I am in the process of securing a building permit for improvements at
Carmel Central Park on a project titled "Central Park Eastside Development." During the application process, I was
instructed that I need to acquire an approval from planning and zoning regarding elevations. I think this is all I need from
you at this time.
I've attached a copy of the current and proposed elevations as well as the design for two picnic shelters and a latrine. FYI
- The picnic shelter that is the far west shelter has been removed from the project.
Please let me know if you will be requiring anything else. Also, I'm not sure what type of documentation will be needed
from you to satisfy our permit requirements. Please advise.
