THIS INDENTURE WITNESSETH THAT J. Scott Burton and Laura W. Burton (individually and
collectively the "Grantor convey and warrant to the City of Carmel, Indiana (the "Grantee for the sum of
Three Thousand Five Hundred and 00 /100 Dollars ($3,500.00) and other valuable consideration, the receipt and
sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged, the following described real estate in Hamilton County, State of
