I represent REI Investments, Inc., which is the controlling member of Technology Center Associates, Ltd. (TCA). TCA owns 701 Congressional Boulevard in Carmel, Indiana. We are seeking to add a 40' by 40' office /flex addition to this development that would connect two independent buildings at 701 Congressional. This work is being done in order to allow our tenant Orchard Software to expand. Attached to this email is a site plan, floor plan, elevations and existing building photos of this project. The addition will match the existing materials on the building. Angie said it was appropriate to have you respond by next Tuesday (March 1 if you have any concerns about this addition. Please let me know if you need a hard copy mailed to you instead of email correspondence. Also, please respond to myself and Angie with any issue or concerns with this project, so we can capture the appropriate thoughts. If you need to contact me directly, my information is below.
