The site is located at 120 Third Street NW. It is zoned R- 2/Residence and lies within the Old Town Overlay, Character Subarea. Filed by Giovina Cecili of Mi- Escuelita, Inc. Virginia Rodriguez was present for the petitioner. They are seeking approval to operate a small one on one preschool. Will offer a morning and afternoon session. Currently there are no afternoon session scheduled. The site is located at 3610 West 96 Street. It is zoned S- 1/Residence and lies within the US 421 Overlay Zone. Filed by James Wheeler of Coots Henke Wheeler for Citizens Bank of Paris. Jim Wheeler was present for the petitioner. Citizens Bank of Paris, IL acquired the property at 3610 West 96 Street and they plan to sell the property and feel as though the property would be a more attractive sale by allowing it to have a commercial/office use attached to it. Petitioner is working with Weihe Engineering to prepare landscape plans. Citizens Bank is doing improvements to the ditch area, driveway areas, and bridge. The site is located at 4850 E. 131" Street and is zoned S1 /Single Family Residential. Filed by Liming Zhang of Schmidt Associates for Carmel Lutheran Church Missouri Synod, Inc. Jim Shinaver with Nelson Frankenberger, Liming Zhang of Schmidt Associates and Mike Engledow- Architect were present for the petitioner. They are seeking approval for a church entry remodel and extend the chapel. There will be slight modifications made to the existing structure. The site is located at 11960 Spring Mill Road at the northwest corner of 116 Street and Spring Mill Road. Filed by Steve Harden of Baker and Daniels LLP. Jesse Pohlman with Baker and Daniels, Doug Wagner and Larry Moon with Republic Development, Dennis Olmstead with Stoeppelwerth and Associates were all present for the Petitioner. They are seeking approval for a PUD (which concept plan is currently being redefined). This is on 300 acres at Northwest corner of 116 Street and Spring Mill Road. This will be a multi -use development. 10 -15 acres will be used for commercial use Village Center (only 80,000 Square Feet).
