HP warrants that any physical media containing HP Branded Software will be Product in the country where that Product is located when the warranty claim is made. A different limited warranty statement may apply and be shipped free of viruses. Additional services performed by HP at Customer's request that are not included in specifications, instructions, or technical Information; (2) modifications made by Customer or a third party; (3) Customer non compliance with the Customer's purchased Support will be chargeable at the applicable published service rates. Such additional services include but are not limited Specifications or the Transaction Documents, or (4) Customer use with products, software, or services that are not HP Branded.
