and conveys to the City of Carmel, Indiana (hereinafter "Grantee for consideration of the Grantee's construction
of a street, sidewalk and/or other public right -of -way thereon, and for other good and valuable consideration, the
receipt and sufficiency of which are hereby acknowledged, the following described real estate:
See Exhibit A attached hereto and made a part hereof
It is understood that all the provisions of this Grant are stated herein and no verbal agreements or promises
will be binding on the parties hereto or their successors in interest. This Grant shall be governed by and construed
and enforced in accordance with the laws of the State of Indiana.
This Grant is made subject to all easements, agreements, restrictions and rights -of -way of record and is not
subject to the Indiana Corporate Income Tax.

Part of the Northeast Quarter of Section 25, Township 18 North, Range 3 East in Clay
Township, Hamilton County, Indiana, and more particularly described as follows:
Commencing at the Northeast Corner of Simeon Hawkins Addition to Bethlehem (now
Carmel, Indiana), an Addition to Hamilton County, Indiana, as per plat thereof, recorded in
Deed Record 30, page 441, in the Office of the Recorder of Hamilton County; thence North
00 degrees 53 minutes 19 seconds West (assumed bearing) 524.00 feet to the north
boundary of Third Street Northwest; thence South 88 degrees 59 minutes 55 West 176.30
feet along said boundary to the east boundary extended of Second Avenue Northwest and

Re: Annexation Ordinance C -199; Grant of Right of Way (Jordan) and Non
Remonstrance Agreement (Khoury)
Please record the attached Annexation Ordinance (C -199) which was approved at the July 19th
meeting of the Carmel Board of Public Works and Safety. This ordinance was published in the
Daily Ledger on July 24, 1999 and the sixty day period for remonstrance has passed. Also
included to be recorded are a Non- Remonstrance Agreement with Alex and Abla Khoury and a
Grant of Right -of -way from Robert Scott Jordan. Both were passed on September 15 by the
Carmel Board of Public Works and Safety.
I have enclosed a self addressed stamped envelope for you to send the recorded documents back
