Cordray Clerk- Treasurer City of Carmel Re: Annexation Ordinance C -199; Grant of Right of Way (Jordan) and Non Remonstrance Agreement (Khoury) Please record the attached Annexation Ordinance (C -199) which was approved at the July 19th meeting of the Carmel Board of Public Works and Safety. This ordinance was published in the Daily Ledger on July 24, 1999 and the sixty day period for remonstrance has passed. Also included to be recorded are a Non- Remonstrance Agreement with Alex and Abla Khoury and a Grant of Right -of -way from Robert Scott Jordan. Both were passed on September 15 by the Carmel Board of Public Works and Safety. I have enclosed a self addressed stamped envelope for you to send the recorded documents back to my office.
