GRANT OF EXCLUSIVE EASEMENT TO THE
CITY OF CARMEL FOR THE INSTALLATION
OF A TRAFFIC CONTROL DEVICE
This INDENTURE WITNESSETH, that VERNON RANDALL and THYRA
RANDALL, Husband and Wife (Grantors) hereby give an exclusive
utility easement for the installation of a traffic control signal
to the City of Carmel (Grantee) for and in consideration of the
sum of Ten Dollars ($10.00) and other valuable consideration, the
receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, in and to the following

An easement of forty (40) feet, including the existing
sixteen and one -half (16 1/2) feet of right -of -way
along the north property line of the following
described real estate:
A part of the Northwest Quarter of the Northwest
Quarter of Section 20, Township 18 North, Range 4 East,
more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the Northwest corner of said Section;
thence continuing along the North line of said Quarter
Section 363.00 feet; thence continuing South 654.49
feet; thence continuing West 363.00 feet; thence
continuing North 654.49 feet to the place of beginning,
less the properties sold as described in Book 340, Page
820, Microfiche record 8749747; and Parcel 002 of
Section 20, Township 18 North, Range 4 East, leaving an
area comprising 2.208 acres, more or less.
