DEDICATION OF PUBLIC RIGHT OF WAY
THIS INDENTURE WITNESSETH: That James R. Dashiell and
Sharon J. Dashiell, husband and wife, (hereinafter "Grantor
hereby give and dedicate to the City of Carmel, Indiana
(hereinafter "Grantee for public right -of -way purposes only,
the real estate situated in Hamilton County, Indiana, and
described on Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made a part hereof.
This Dedication is made subject to all existing easements
and right -of -ways.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, Grantor has executed this Dedication as
of the 041 day of May, 1991.

WHEREAS, the foregoing Grantor has this day filed with the
City of Carmel, its dedication of certain real estate for the
purpose of establishing City rights -of -way, which Dedication is
hereinabove set forth:
AND WHEREAS, the City of Carmel, is of the opinion that said
Dedication is desirable and necessary;
NOW, THEREFORE, said City of Carmel, by the Carmel Board of
Public Works and Safety, under and by virtue of the power
conferred upon it by statutes of the State of Indiana, for and
on behalf of the City, accepts said Dedication for the purpose of
public rights -of -way, and orders that the Instrument of
Dedication be recorded in the Recorder's Office of the County of
Hamilton, State of Indiana, and said described real estate is
hereby declared open and dedicated.

Commencing at an iron pipe at the southwest corner of said
southwest quarter; thence on an assumed bearing of North 00
degrees 29 minutes 49 seconds West along the west line of said
southwest quarter a distance of 525.00 feet to the Point of
Beginning; thence continuing North 00 degrees 29 minutes 49
seconds West along the west line of said southwest quarter a
