The undersigned (hereafter, jointly the "Grantor for good and valuable
consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which are hereby acknowledged, does
hereby grant and convey to the City of Carmel, Indiana, its successors and assigns,
an easement for the installation and operation of a sanitary eyzer line on, over, across
and through the real estate legally described in Exhibit "A" "Real Estate attached
hereto and by reference made a part hereof "Easement
The Easement granted herein includes the right to construct, operate, maintain,
repair, and replace a sanitary sewer line, and the right of ingress and egress on and
over the Real Estate for any of such purposes.
The Easement shall be an encumbrance on the Real Estate, shall run with the
land, and shall be binding upon the undersigned, and its successors, and assigns.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Easement on the
day and year hereinafter set forth.

Sanitary Sewer Easement "Dedication which Dedication is hereinabove set forth;
WHEREAS, the Carmel Board of Public Works and Safety is of the opinion
that said Dedication is desirable and necessary;
NOW, THEREFORE, the Carmel Board of Public Works and Safety, under
and by virtue of the power conferred upon it by the laws of the State of Indiana,
hereby accepts said Dedication of Sanitary Sewer Easement and orders that this
Dedication be recorded in the Office of the Recorder of Hamilton County, Indiana.
