Meridian Street. APPROVED: Docket Nos. 11050008 V through 110501310 V: Development Standards Variances for number of signs (4 proposed, 3 allowed); two signs facing north right -of -way (2 proposed, 1 allowed); and total square footage (400 proposed, 300 allowed). Please be advised that per Section 30.05.05 Time Limit of the Zoning Ordinance, the aforementioned Development Standard Variance approvals are valid for three (3) years. By that time, either continuous construction of the improvements must be underway, or a written request for a one -time, six -month extension of the approval must have been received ;and approval owned by this Department.
