Dear Ms. Solada:
At the meeting held Monday, June 27, 2011, the Carmel Advisory Board of Zoning Appeals Hearing Officer took
the following action regarding the Developmental Standards Variances (V) filed by you for the property located at
11590 N. Meridian Street.
APPROVED: Docket Nos. 11050008 V through 110501310 V: Development Standards Variances for number of signs (4
proposed, 3 allowed); two signs facing north right -of -way (2 proposed, 1 allowed); and total square footage (400
proposed, 300 allowed).
Please be advised that per Section 30.05.05 Time Limit of the Zoning Ordinance, the aforementioned Development
Standard Variance approvals are valid for three (3) years. By that time, either continuous construction of the
improvements must be underway, or a written request for a one -time, six -month extension of the approval must have been
received ;and approval owned by this Department. The iration ate of the approvals is June 27,.2014_
Please include a copy of this letter with any permit application.
