Please add docket no. 10080018 HPR to the document. The docket no. has been included on the plans /plat. 2. Please add a location map. This map has been included on the plans /plat. 3. Please add the zoning to the plat: C -1 /City Center District. This designation has been included in the plans /plat. 4. Please make sure all instrument numbers are filled in, before recording the documents. Before recording, we will include the requested instrument numbers. 5. Please provide a copy of the recorded declaration of covenants and restrictions for City Center, if possible. As soon as we record the declarations, we will provide a copy of this document. 6. On page 1, the Certificate of Plan Commission should be amended to read something like this: Certification of Zoning.
