If the agency determines that certain or all uses are prohibited, then prohibited use of the real estate shall cease. 2. The only above ground structure to be built on the demised real estate shall be a building to house well pump equipment and fencing, or other structures agreed to by the Grantor and Grantee or their heirs or assigns. 4 3. The demised real estate shall be included in Grantor's residual real estate at the time of future development for purposes of any zoning greenspace requirement, if one is required pursuant to the zoning code. 4. To all easements, rights -of -way, and to all conditions, restrictions, or covenants of record. 5. Taxes due and payable in May, 1993, and thereafter. 6.
