THIS INDENTURE WITNESSETH, That John S. Holt and Betty M. Holt, "Grantors convey and
warrant to the City of Carmel "Grantee for the sum of Forty-six Thousand and 00 /100 Dollars ($46,000.00)
and other valuable consideration, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, the following described real
estate in Hamilton County, state of Indiana:
subject to any and all easements, agreements, restrictions and other matters of record; subject to the lien for real
