THIS INDENTURE WITNESSETH, that Indiana Land Development
Corporation, (hereinafter, "Grantor"), hereby QUITCLAIMS to the City of Carmel,
Indiana (hereinafter, "Grantee"), for the SUM of Ten and no/I00 Dollars ($10.00) and
other good and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby
acknowledged, that certain real estate located in the County of Hamilton, State of
Indiana, and being more particularly described in the legal description(s) attached hereto
as Exhibit "A" incorporated herein by reference.
Subject to current taxes not delinquent, easements as shown on any plat of record,
building lines as shown on any plat of record, any applicable Indiana Barrett Law liens.
and any municipal andior .,iever assessments levied by the Grantee and not delinquent.
Grantor hereby certifies that no gross income tax is due on the transfer of the REAL
ESTATE described herein.
The undersigned person(s) executing this QUITCLAIM DEED as or on behalf of the
Grantor represents and warrants that he or she is fully empowered and duly authorized to
enter into, execute and deliver the same to the Grantee.

EXHIBIT A TO QUECCLAIM DEED BY INDIANA LAND DEVELOPMENT
CORPORATION AS GRANTORS
A part of the land described in the deed recorded in Decd Record 331, Page 330 in the
Office of the Recorder of Hamilton County, Indiana and being a part of the Northeast
Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section 31, Township 18 North, Range 3 East in
Hamilton County. Indiana, more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the Southeast corner of said Quarter-Quarter Section; thence South 89
degrees 41 minutes 24 seconds 'West along the South line of said Quartcr-Quarter Section
45.00 feet; thence North 00 degrees 00 minutes 17 seconds East parallel with the East
line of said Quarter-Quarter Section 366.37 feet; thence South 89 degrees 59 minutes 42
seconds East 45.00 feet to the East line of said Quarter-Quarter Section; thence South 00
degrees 00 minutes 17 seconds West along said East line 366.12 feet to the point of
beginning, containing 0.378 acres, more or less.
