CITY OF CARMEL, INDIANA of Hamilton County in the State of Indiana for and in consideration of

bearing) on and along the north line of the said section, a distance of 200.21 feet to the Southeast Corner of Section 32,
Township 18 North, Range 4 East; thence South 89 degrees 52 minutes 45 sec onds West on and along the north line of the said
Section 5, a distance of 309.29 feet to the point of beginning, being the northeast corner of the owners' land; thence South 0
degrees 00 minutes 01 seconds West on and along the east line of the owners' land, a distance of 40.70 feet; thence South 89
degrees 45 minutes 01 seconds West a distance of 150.00 feet to the west line of the owners' land; thence North 0 degrees 00
minutes 01 seconds East on and along the west line of the owners' land, a distance of 41.03 feet to the north line of the said
Section 5, being the northwest corner of the owners' land; thence North 89 degrees 52 minutes 45 seconds East on and along
the north line of the said Section 5, being the north line of the owners' land, a distance of 150.00 feet to the point of beginning
and containing 0.141 acre, more or less, of which 0.069 acre, more or less, is presently being used as public right -of -way.
