4. Docket No. 11060015 ADLS Amend: TruWorth Auto Signage.
The applicant seeks approval to add two new wall signs. The site is located at 3006 E. 96 St. and is
zoned B -3. It is not located within any Overlay Zone. Filed by Wes Shealey of ASI Signage Innovations.
The Petitioner is requesting approval for two new wall signs. Two wall signs are allowed by the Sign
Ordinance. The sign that will face south will be 90 sq. ft. This is the size allowed by the Sign Ordinance.
The sign that will face east will be 72 sq. ft. 75 sq. ft. is allowed by the Sign Ordinance. The signs will be
individual, internally illuminated letters. The sign letter faces will be blue and there is a small orange part
in the 0 of Worth. Each sign will be the same except for the size.

Recommendation:
After all comments /concerns are addressed, the Dept of Community Services (DOCS) recommends positive
consideration of this petition.

5. Docket No. 11060011 ADLS Amend: Warren Phelps Addition, lot 23 Blue House Bridal Store
Signage. The applicant seeks approval for a ground sign. The site is located at 31 S. Rangeline Rd. and is
zoned C -2 /Old Town District. It is not located within any Overlay Zone. Filed by Norman Levine,
property owner.
The petitioner seeks approval for a new suspended ground sign. The sign will be 12 square feet and 7'
tall. This size and height is allowed by the Sign Ordinance. The sign itself will be two sided. The top
portion of the sign will say "Blue House Bridal" and the lower portion of the sign will say "Circle
City MX'''. These two businesses go hand in hand and will share the sign s because are
located on one public street frontage. The post and ant will be black and decorative, similar to ether
signs within the Old Town area. Petitioner, please confirm if the sign will be illuminated at all.
