Dear Mr. Zukerman:
The Special Studies Committee of the Carmel Plan Commission took the following action at its
meeting July 5, 2011 regarding approval to change an existing ground sign to allow for
multiple tenants. The site is located at 650 East Carmel Drive, zoned B -8 /Business.
APPROVED: Docket No. 11060007 ADLS Amend, Fidelity Keystone Building Signage
was approved to provide for multiple tenants, with the inclusion of the street address on
the side of the sign casing that faces the street.
In order to assist the Department's review, please attach a copy of this letter when making application for permits
regarding the improvements contained within this approval.
