The existing home on the lot will remain and the plan is to place the new home behind the existing home. A private lane will be constructed in the 20' wide portion of lot number two that extends from the lot to the street right -of -way on 1S Ave NW. The existing home will share this newly constructed private lane which is expected to be approximately 12' wide.
