RE: Tom Wood Collision Center Signage
Docket No. 11050015 ADLS Amend
Dear Mr. Heid:
The Subdivision Committee of the Carmel Plan Commission took the following action at its meeting
June 7, 2011 regarding an application for remodel with some exterior facade upgrades and new signage
located at 9727 North Bauer Drive East, Indianapolis. The site is zoned B -3 /Business.
APPROVED: Docket No. 11050015 ADLS Amend, Tom Wood Collision Center Signage was
approved for two new signs, one ground and one wall sign, north west
elevations of the building as presented to the Committee, with a provision that if
petitioner does decide they need an additional directional sign for the committee
to have a positive favoring towards that request.
In order to assist the Department's review, please attach a copy of this letter when making application
for permits regarding the improvements contained within this approval.
