Pursuant to Section 23D.04 of the Carmel Zoning Ordinance, the Department of Community Services has taken the
following administrative action regarding the request of Site Plan and Design Review (SDR) in Old Town for the
property located at 230 3rd Ave NE:
APPROVED, as amended: The Department approved the revised exterior architectural building elevations and site
plan proposal for a new house with attached garage. To go along with this, the Director has approved the
demolition of the existing building.
In order to assist the Department's review, please attach a copy of this letter when making application for
permits regarding the improvements contained within this approvaL
