The applicant seeks the following development standards variance approval:
Docket No. 11060008 V Ch.25.07.02 -07 E: Sign located in road right of way.
The site is located at 2201 E. 106th St. and is zoned S -2 /Residence within the Keystone Parkway
Overlay Zone. Filed by Kristen Kohl of Sign Craft Industries on behalf of King of Glory Church.

Findings of Fact:
1. The approval of these variances will not be injurious to the public health, safety, he and general welfare of
the community because: the signage is necessary for identification and is allo b y the Sign Ordinance to face
Keystone Pkwy.
2. The use and value of the area adjacent to the property included in the variance will no be affec in a
substantially adverse manner because: this is an established church in t he area th needs a new id sign
due to road construction.
3. The strict: application. of. the.. terms:ofthe.. Zoning Ordinance:to the. roperty. will.. re su. lt.. in ..pract ical.di f ficulties.. in

Recommendation: After all concerns have been addressed, the Dept. of Community Services recommends positive
consideration of Docket No. 11060008 V.
