At the meeting held Monday, July 25, 2011, the Caramel Advisory Board of Zoning Appeals Hearing Officer took
the following action regarding the Developmental Standards Variances (V) filed by you for the property located at
650 Fast Carmel Drive.
APPROVED: Docket Nos. 11070004 V through 11070006 V: Development Standards Variances for number of signs (6
proposed, 4 allowed); signs not facing public right -of -way, west (1 proposed, 0 allowed); and three signs facing one
public right -of -way, west (3 proposed, 2 allowed).
Please be advised that per Sex°ri m 30,05.05: Tarne Limit of the Zoning (hdinance, the aforementioned Development
Standard Variance approvals are valid for three (3) years ;By that time, either continuous construction of the
improvements must he underway, or a written request for a one-time, six-month extension of the approval must have been
neceivbi and approval g anted by :this Deput€eent. The ey4tiration date of the approvals is July 25,-2014..
Please include a copy of this letter with;any.sign permit application.
