APPROVED: Docket Nos. 11070004 V through 11070006 V: Development Standards Variances for number of signs (6 proposed, 4 allowed); signs not facing public right -of -way, west (1 proposed, 0 allowed); and three signs facing one public right -of -way, west (3 proposed, 2 allowed). Please be advised that per Sex°ri m 30,05.05: Tarne Limit of the Zoning (hdinance, the aforementioned Development Standard Variance approvals are valid for three (3) years ;By that time, either continuous construction of the improvements must he underway, or a written request for a one-time, six-month extension of the approval must have been neceivbi and approval g anted by :this Deput€eent.
