ACCEPTANCE OF DEDICATION
The undersigned, being the members of the Carmel Board of Public
Works and Safety, hereby accept the foregoing Dedication of
Public Right -of -Way and agree to be bound thereby.

DESCRIPTION FOR PROPOSED
FRONTAGE ROAD DEDICATION
Part of the Southwest Quarter of Section 26 and part of the Northwest
Quarter of Section 35, all in Township 18 North, Range 3 East in Hamilton
County, Indiana, more particularly described as follows:
Commencing at the Southwest corner of the Southwest Quarter of said
Section 26; thence along the South line thereof, North 88 degrees 59
minutes 30 seconds East (assumed bearing) 1180.92 feet to a point which
bears South 88 degrees 59 minutes 30 seconds West. 146.17 feet from the
Southeast corner of the West Half of said Southwest Quarter Section;
thence North 03 degrees 41 minutes 04 seconds West 276.72 feet to a curve
having a radius of 207.50 feet, the radius point of which bears North 86
degrees 18 minutes 56 seconds East; thence Northerly and Northeasterly
along said curve, 194.98 feet to a point on the Southwesterly right of way
line of proposed 126th Street which bears North 39 degrees 50 minutes 42
seconds West from said radius point, which point is also on a curve having
a radius of 700.00 feet, the radius point of which bears North 47 degrees
02 minutes 49 seconds East; thence Southeasterly along said Southwesterly
right of way line of proposed 126th Street and said 700.00 foot radius
curve, 255.07 feet to the Point of Beginning, which point bears South
26 degrees 10 minutes 09 seconds West from said radius point; thence
continuing Southeasterly along said Southwesterly right of way line and
said curve 60.02 feet to a point which bears South 21 degrees 15 minutes
24 seconds East from said radius point; thence South 23 degrees 42 minutes
46 seconds West 21.87 feet to a curve having a radius of 25.00 feet, the
radius point of which bears South 66 degrees 17 minutes 14 seconds East;
thence Southerly and Southeasterly along said curve, 33.05 feet to a point
which bears South 37 degrees 58 minutes 06 seconds West from said radius
point; thence South 52 degrees 01 minute 54 seconds East 115.51 feet to
a curve having a radius of 455.00 feet, the radius point of which bears
South 37 degrees 58 minutes 06 seconds West; thence Southeasterly along
said curve, 245.89 feet to a point which bears North 68 degrees 55 minutes
56 seconds East from said radius point; thence South 21 degrees 04 minutes
04 seconds East 110.15 feet to a curve having a radius of 380.00 feet, the
radius point of which bears South 68 degrees 55 minutes 56 seconds West;,
thence Southerly along said curve, 35.82 feet to a point on the Westerly
right of way line of U.S Highway tt31 (I.S.H.C. Project ST -F- 222(9), DTD
1973), which point bears North 74 degrees 19 minutes 59 seconds East from
said radius point; thence along said Westerly right of way line, South 00
degrees 03 minutes 57 seconds East 304.40 feet to the Northerly right of
way line of Local Service Road No. 3 (I.S.H.C. Project ST -F- 222(9), DTD
1973); thence along said Northerly right of way line, South 88 degrees 46
minutes 31 seconds West 50.01 feet to the Westerly right of way line of
said Local Service Road No. 3; thence parallel with the Westerly right of
way line of said U.S. Highway 031, North 00 degrees 03 minutes, 57 seconds
West 213.64 feet to a curve having a radius of 320.00 feet, the radius
point of which bears South 89 degrees 56 minutes 03 seconds West; thence
Northerly along said curve, 117.30 feet to a point which bears North 68
degrees 55 minutes 56 seconds East from said radius point; thence North 21
degrees 04 minutes 04 seconds West 9.0.98 feet to a curve having a radius
of 395.00 feet, the radius point of which bears South 68 degrees 55 minutes
56 seconds West; thence Northwesterly along said curve, 213.47 feet to a
point which bears North 37 degrees 58 minutes 06 seconds East from said
radius point; thence North 52 degrees 01 minute 54 seconds West 115.51
feet to a curve having a radius of 85.00 feet, the radius point of which
bears North 37 degrees 58 minutes 06 seconds East; thence Northwesterly
and Northerly along said curve 112.37 feet to a point which bears North
66 degrees 17 minutes 14 seconds West from said radius point; thence North
23 degrees 42 minutes 46 seconds East 21.87 feet to the Point of Beginning,
containing 1.150 acres, more or less.

DEDICATION OF PUBLIC RIGHT -OF -WAY
THIS INDENTURE WITNESSETH: That NORTH MERIDIAN
ASSOCIATES AND TWO MERIDIAN PARK PLACE ASSOCIATES, Indiana
limited partnerships, for and in consideration of the sum of
One Dollar ($1.00) and other valuable consideration, the
receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, hereby dedicates to
the City of Carmel, Indiana (hereinafter "Grantee for
public right -of -way purposes only, the real estate situated
in Hamilton County commonly known as the Meridian Street
Frontage Road from 126th Street south to a point south of
12200 North Meridian Street, which real estate is more
particularly described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and
made a''part hereof.
Grantor specifically reserves for itself and its
successors, assignees and grantees the right of access to
said dedicated right -of -way. Grantee specifically accepts
this Dedication subject to such reserved right of access.
This Dedication is made subject to all existing easments
and right =of -ways.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, Grantor has executed this Dedication
as of the day of June, 1989

Management Company the General Partner of North Meridian
Associates, an Indiana limited partnership and a General

limited partnership who acknowledged the execution of the
foregoing Dedication of Public Right -of -Way for and on
behalf of North. Meridian Management Company as General
Partner of North Meridian Associates and Two Meridian Park
Place Associates.
