The garage will be reworked into office space. The majority of the garage door 1 space will be filled by a large bay window which will be matched on the other end of the building. Each side of the window will have wood trim painted a "hunter green" color. The existing trim will be painted to match. Minor interior work, including a bathroom, will be done to make the interior handicap accessible throughout. The kitchen and another bathroom will be eliminated for additional office space. A 10 space parking lot will be constructed in the front yard area with one space reserved for handicap parking. The existing driveway entrance will continue to be used for access. 1 Drainage for the site is provided by an existing storm inlet located in the front yard right of -way. No changes are proposed to existing drainage patterns or inlet elevations. A 1 new inlet will be added in the parking lot area. No additional detention will be required.
