expanded to allow for handicap access. No work is proposed for the sides and rear of the
building. The garage will be reworked into office space. The majority of the garage door
1 space will be filled by a large bay window which will be matched on the other end of the
building. Each side of the window will have wood trim painted a "hunter green" color.
The existing trim will be painted to match.
Minor interior work, including a bathroom, will be done to make the interior handicap
accessible throughout. The kitchen and another bathroom will be eliminated for
additional office space.
A 10 space parking lot will be constructed in the front yard area with one space reserved
for handicap parking. The existing driveway entrance will continue to be used for
access.
1 Drainage for the site is provided by an existing storm inlet located in the front yard right
of -way. No changes are proposed to existing drainage patterns or inlet elevations. A
1 new inlet will be added in the parking lot area. No additional detention will be required.
Construction will start in May, 1998 and be completed in approximately 2 months.
